Nose: sweet, vanilla, almond, but also some fruitiness, mostly lime. Palate: still sweet, like vanilla pudding, but also oaky bitterness, faint smoke, and some spicy notes, like ginger, anis, and mint. Medium finish. Adding just a few drops of water lengthens the finish.
