It's got a yeasty, funky, stinky note at first on the nose, which dissipates over time, but never really goes away. It reduces enough to reveal berries and citrus.
It's light on the palate with sweet fruit, malt and a hint of the funky yeast.
Shortish, spicy finish.

Thanks for the review! I've been wondering about this one for a while, but I suspect I'd be a bit turned off by the yeasty note as well.
@ContemplativeFox I think the whiskey would benefit if the yeasty note wasn’t so prominent
Yeah, I have mixed feelings on this because of that yeasty flavor. Do you think it's overall beneficial or detrimental to the dram?
