Mild, but there is something going on here. There is plenty of sugar, but it doesn't taste a whole lot like icing sugar. Plenty of cinnamon is there too, but is that a good thing. There is a nice creaminess here, almost like a cream soda until the cinnamon hits on the finish. There just isn't enough depth to make this interesting. It's like a spicy bourbon for kids.
