Excellent - dry and medicinal. It is so dry and gingery at first that it’s hard to swallow. But after the bottle is open for a while, it calms down into lemon pepper, peat drenched smoothness. Think underripe green fruits: Lime, kiwi, grape, and melon. Then an oily mouth coating and a dry burnt earth finish that stays with you for hours.
