Nose smells like a thin rye with notes of honey, spice and a bit of alcohol burn is not tough to find. Taste is mostly spice-y with a little bit of vanilla. A little bit of water and some whiskey stones makes this whiskey more enjoyable for me. If you keep it in your mouth for a little bit, and let it sit, it can bring out a little bit of caramel/honey/creaminess. Follow through is really strong spice/ethanol burn. Definitely interested in trying some of their other products. I think it's a bit thin to be my favorite rye, but the honey aspect is definitely unique to me. Good rye! I want to get a full bottle someday and see what my thoughts are.
