Great BiB experience! This one gives a big flavor and full bodied experience for being 100 Proof. I get burnt sugar and molasses alongside butterscotch pudding and some nice cinnamon vanilla. Kinda gives that warm cinnamon roll taste. Some slight stone fruit and a light peppery note in the finish. I’d say finish is medium on this one for me. 10/10 flavor. 8/10 nose. 9/10 finish. Excellent overall!
