Wheaty, sweet, rich velvetiness with a tinge of oak bite at the end. Subtle sour apple or grapefruit note here and there though very fleeting. Great sipping whiskey for wheated whiskey lovers. Great on the rocks albeit the loss of some complexity. Tastes way better than it smells.
