Wonderful..... Took a gamble and bought this not knowing anything about the distillery or the nectar in the bottle. Nose- complex, cinnamon sugar, aoples, honey. Salty sea breeze. lemon. Palate- Sherry, malt, stewed fruit Finish- medium. Sherry turns salty and briny, slight bitter from the oak. 46% non chill filtered for $43? Yeah! Best pour for the dollar I've ever found will buy again. A truly stellar expression. I'm a fan
