On the nose you get what I can describe as a dusty smelling dark chocolate. As you take your first taste, that dark chocolate taste continues but minus that bitterness that dark chocolate is known for, but instead you feel the warmth, and I do mean warmth of this bourbon all throughout, even upon aftertaste and minutes after that. This is at 60% alcohol, and you really get a sense of this bourbon's full potential, its rich, dark, woody, I really enjoyed this one, definitely worth another purchase.
