On the nose I get a classic vanilla with a strong fruitiness that combines a banana laffy taffy with bourbon cherry. Behind this are lighter notes of white sugar, honey, green apple, and a thin oak thread that leads you to think it would have a very light spice. The taste reminds me of a banana split because of the mix of cherry, banana, and vanilla (which almost reminds me of vanilla ice cream. This is mixed with a light oak spice layer and apple note. The finish is thin and light leaving behind oak spice. This is a very nice bourbon that is easy to sip on and has nice fruit notes if you ever need to have a bourbon for a fruity cocktail. The thinness and banana note means for me that it is only a "once in while" bourbon for when I am looking for something fruity and effortless.
