Nose: sometimes like sliced red apple with honey poured on it. Sometimes herbal. Vanilla. Palate: herbs, vanilla sweetness, then ginger. Finish: spices, sweetness, some dryness, but not too oaky. With water: less fruity on nose, more spicy on palate, much shorter finish.
