The nose starts with some alcohol but as it breathes it smooths out and sees vanilla, oak, cinnamon, with hints of pear, caramel and chocolate. The palate is gentle at first but then cinnamon rushes in, with chewy layers of vanilla, oak, char and some juicy fruitiness that hits the corners of the mouth. The finish is medium at best leaving cinnamon in the front and middle of the palate while the oak and fruit fade too soon and too overpowered by the spiciness.
