It’s got a complex flavor, and a beautiful color. But I can’t see myself ordering this in a bar or drinking it at home. It’s sweeter than I usually like, and I taste a lot of thyme and rosemary, which makes me think of a chicken dinner. Not really sure what I’d use it for, as its unique flavor is nothing I would want in my cocktails. Maybe I could cook a pheasant in it?
