Aroma has something clay-like and earthy to it but on the whole it’s warm, spicy and with enough oak to keep everything wonderfully aligned; Palate has a bigger oak and spice presence that also carries nice darkly sweet and candy shop sweet profiles; Finish is oak heavy but carries plenty of sweet and spicy notes to keep a good balance

Second what @Ctrexman said about the Jug, the blog is inspiring. Also, the big oak notes you mention make me want more than ever to put this head to head with RR rye single barrel. To date, RR green label and Willett 4y rye have changed how I see rye forever.
@ContemplativeFox It definitely lives up the quality you'd expect. Excited for the mass release!
@Ctrexman Thanks man, appreciate it!
Sounds like what I'd expect from the Rare Breed line. Glad for the confirmation.
You know your shit Josh, really appreciate the jug.
