Nose: Delicate and Nuanced with a hint of that aged oak. Sherry most certainly comes through and hints of melon like a rich honeydew in the afternoon of a new summer day.
Taste: Almost ripe red fruits come through at the first touch of the dram to your tongue but as soon as it shows it speeds away leaving you in a trail of oak spice to overwhelm and settle just before it seems too hot and leave you in a sadness and longing for another sip.
Finish: The finish lingers with oak spice for a few seconds after but you can still feel it in the chest for quite a few minutes after the sip.
