Fantastic. A little of everything. Peat, honey, fruit, wood, sherry, it's all there to enjoy. Subtle & never overbearing. This is a GREAT scotch. The finish could occasionally have a little more happening, but this is a great dram.
Round 2:
Nose:gentle peat, brine, dried fruit, malty sweetness.
Palate is gentle peat, honey, brine, touch of grass, beautiful finish. Absolutely an outstanding go to dram. This will be a staple.
