Not sure what flavors non-chill filtering add, or I guess leave in Old Tub, but the end product is fairly tasty. The sweetness is subtle, molasses like. There's strong notes of cinnamon and just a bit of mint, maybe a little bitter dark chocolate. Going down there is plenty of oak and char, with only a little bitter aftertaste. Not sure I'm ready to call this a favorite after my first pour, but I could see it growing on me.
