Nose - cinnamon, spicy oak, brown sugar, buttered corn, baking and rye spice, bubble gum, high ethanol burn.
Taste - oak, cinnamon, corn, rye spice, honey, nutmeg, brown sugar, vanilla, moderate to high alcohol bite, finishing quick and thin with fading corn sweetness and rye spice.
It hits some of the standard bourbon flavors, but could use more time in the barrel. It’s very thin and hot for the proof.
