Very smooth. Wish it had a more silky and less watery mouth feel. Also wish the after taste lasted a bit longer. Can definitely taste the cinnamon and apple. On the nose it smelled of vanilla/caramel and cherries with a definite notice of the sherry cask. Really enjoyable. Looking forward to trying the rest of the lineup
