Caramel, raisin, and chocolate covered cherry notes shine. Getting stone fruit as well. These develop into a slight cinnamon, rye spice burn, but it never gets too spicy. It has a buttery mouthfeel and a long, oaky, cocoa dusted finish. Superb rye expression. One of the best I’ve had.
