This is part 2 of my previous comment. Accidentally posted before I was done. On the palate I got cereal notes, vanilla cream. Really no fruitiness in my opinion. The finish was a lingering dryness. Too sum it up, it’s a pleasant drinking whiskey. Not complex on flavors just simple.

Before trying this I was expecting more fruit tasting notes since this whiskey is aged in wine cask. On the nose I got hot cereal kind of like cream of wheat or maybe oatmeal. Vanilla and slight hint of corn.
