Revisiting as palate has evolved.
Smell: Dusty corn, leathery, salty. Teasing of a sweet flavor coming through.
Taste: Earthy, corn, spicy. Mixed with notes of cherry and oak. Some salty flavors trying to come through but very much mixed with the other flavors. Slight spicy burn in the finish.
Flavor is complex and lively. A lot to pick apart with this one.
Neat. 10.10.20
