Nice reddish yellow color. Amber I guess. Sweet pleasant nose. On the second tasting I had a slight coughing fit. Don’t think it was related to the scotch cause the scotch is remarkable. But thought I would mention it for full disclosure purposes. There is a slight burning on the tongue, bottom lip and throat after the swallow but the taste is impeccable. Nothing antiseptic about it. Tastes of Vanilla and caramel abound. Other joyous flavors I cannot immediately place. This scotch is heavenly divine with just a touch of the devil due to the mild afterburn.
