Nose: sweet. Fruity (sour cherry). Winey. Faint nuttyness. More sweet less spice vs the 14yo port. The sherry influence is definitely there, but much more muted than for example a Glendronach. Palate: sweetness, baking spices then pungent spice. Finish: sweet, nuts, pungent spices stays for a long finish. Very subtle bitterness. More pungent than the 10yo but less than the 14yo port finished.
