I’ve had this a thousand times but my buddy opened up a new bottle he just picked up. Dump date of sometime in 2020, not sure but I think September. Pure cinnamon bomb. Never had a Blanton’s like it. I know they vary by bottle based on single barrel nature but I would have never guessed it was Blanton’s in a blind taste. He agreed so it wasn’t my taste buds out of wack. Not sure if others have experienced this recently. Maybe it just needs to settle a bit after opening. It was good, but not the direction I hope Blanton’s is going.
