Pale straw/hay in color. Fast legs with a bit of residual stickiness. A little hot on the nose. bulk grains bins, spice, some light burnt caramel and a bit of herbal/ eucalyptus tone. Dry palate leaves a nice nuttiness behind with some caramel. Plenty of spice, some dry oak. A little minty or peppery note and some grassiness. I completely agree with others on this being a real value. Nothing magical, but good enough to drink neat and I'm sure it'll make a fine cocktail.
