Nose: Tropical Fruits, Ginger, Apples, some floral notes. Not much peaty, the age must cover it.
Mouth: surprising me are the Oloroso type spices notes, lots of burned apples and smoked nuts. Some peaches coming afterwards, wonderful texture and light but tasty peat.
Final: Wonderful, thats what you expect of a well made and aged whisky.
