Nose is maple syrup. Very sweet and corn forward. Slight spices and cinnamon. Some peanuts and cereal. Pleasant nose.
Palate is bright and heat is centered in center of tongue. Slightly light mouthfeel but this is a young bourbon and it drinks older than it is. Medium finish.
Overall a great bourbon from a local distillery. Excited to see what they come up with in the future as their barrels age.

6. Very Good - Better than average.
7. Great - Well above average.
8. Excellent - In a league of its own.
9. Incredible - An all-time favorite.
