On the nose it's instant Oak followed by sweet rich berries which points to the Sherry casks.
Taste is rich honey with some slight Smokey notes hidden in the back, an unexpected sharpness in the middle leaving behind the taste of pipe tobacco and fuzzy wool.
Delightful.
