Glenfiddich IPA Experiment
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed November 14, 2020 (edited January 8, 2022)Floral with vanilla and honey on the nose followed by a spiced oak note. Rich toffee with a citrus twist on the tongue met with a spicy floral kick in the middle. Add 2-3 drops of water and the chocolate notes open up meeting the citrus and pepper in an almost tart like finish. -

Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed November 14, 2020 (edited October 9, 2021)On the nose it's instant Oak followed by sweet rich berries which points to the Sherry casks. Taste is rich honey with some slight Smokey notes hidden in the back, an unexpected sharpness in the middle leaving behind the taste of pipe tobacco and fuzzy wool. Delightful. -
