Nose: earthy smoke, iodine, a touch of peat, spiced oak reminiscent of rum
Palate: dark, rich fruit including cherry and honey with a touch of caramel sweetness to start that progresses to peat and campfire smoke with some spiciness reminiscent of rum
Finish: mostly smoke and peat with a bit of ripe fruit, a touch of salt
