Smells like lemon and orange peel, huge smell of vanilla pods. Nice herbal taste, salted olives, sage, beefy rosemary, vanilla, slight sparkly feeling on the tongue, a bit thin mouthfeel. Taste fades quite quickly but builds and stays for longer after multiple sips, nice herbal and vanilla aftertaste. Wish it was bottled at a higher proof for a more concentrated taste, thicker mouthfeel and longer aftertaste though. Bumping the abv up 3 to 6 percent would be a huge improvement for sure!
