Neat. Mahogany brown with long legs. Aroma is charred oak, dark caramel, roasted tree nuts, fruitcake. Taste is true to nose with dark caramel/molasses sweetness, charred oak, dried fruits, vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate. Finish is heavy with charred oak tannins, dark chocolate, hot cinnamon, maple syrup Rich, oaky, smokey, sweet, and spicy. I can see this one being a love/hate. Not sure if I can do more than 1 glass, but it does make a nice sipper for a cold evening.
