The nose is sweet and mildly earthy, somewhat like hay. This whisky has clearly spent some time in some sherry butts. The taste is reminiscent of Graham crackers and is followed by a marshmallow-oak finnish. A simple whisky that could benefit from a couple more years in the barrel.
