This bourbon is the Adam Archuleta of the 2001 St Louis Rams.. He could bench nearly 500 lbs as a safety so very hyped and excitement fills the soul because the media is overwhelming with the attributes. You put him on the field and he gets burnt every other drive while missing 4 tackles/game and as a fan you want to have him cut or trade him immediately. This bulleit is hyped and once you taste it you want to trade it for another immediately. Great marketing with the hunter orange and you will see it at 90 percent of bars/restaurants but not a great sipper. Yet not bad in a cocktail like Archuleta was good in scrimmage.

Yeah it’s hard to stand by this dram neat. I know nothing about the 2001 Rams, and as such, this is the first time my knowledge of a bourbon has taught me about a football player via analogy. Well done!
@ghill40509 I really enjoy the 10 year!
@Ancient33w the 10 year is one of my favorite bourbons but this lacks what I yearn for.. It is definitely good for the money and great for cocktails like you said.
Good review. I liked this a little better than you, but everyone has their likes and dislikes. I have had it several times and never had a bad bottle. However, this is a much better mixer than sipper.
Nice Review. When you are in Europe, Bulleit is readily available but not much else. It gets better daily.
