Nose - sweet lemon, lime, and grapefruit zest, thyme, cardamom, floral tea, juniper, white pepper, coriander, clove, anise, ginger, vanilla bean, orange, rose water, mild to moderate ethanol burn.
Taste - grapefruit zest, sweet floral tea, lemon, lime, orange, juniper, anise, cardamom, thyme, ginger, coriander, black pepper, allspice, mild to moderate alcohol bite, finishing medium long with sweet citrus zest, cardamom, tea, and juniper flavors.
This has a very different nose and palate from the other gins I’ve tried. The dominant notes are sweet floral tea and citrus zest. The juniper is definitely present, but takes a back seat. It’s also much milder than the others I’ve tried. There is very little alcohol kick throughout the entire experience.
I really like it, significantly more than Beefeater and Tanqueray and slightly more than Empress. It seems that I prefer gins that aren’t quite as juniper dominant. My review sample size is too small to make a definite judgement on that, but it appears to be leaning that way.

Thanks, @Ancient33w! It was delicious. I’d be happy to sip it neat alongside some of my go-to bourbons and scotches. I need to test it out in a few mixed drinks to see how it holds up with some dilution and competing flavors.
Great review ct. I have been a big advocate for this gin for a while and I enjoy reading other peoples take on a spirit that I really enjoy.
@WhiskyWitch Just tried it - don't hesitate - you'll love it.
I was out of state and found some 50’s of this and picked up a couple to try. Looking forward to it.
@WhiskyWitch And even if you hate it, the miniatures look really cool, so it wouldn’t be a complete wash.
I need to try a 50mL of this. I'm not crazy about the one-note juniper bombs either.
@ContemplativeFox it’s definitely worth a sample. I liked it a lot, probably because it really didn’t taste like the traditional gins I’ve had in the past.
Guess I'd better finally pick up a sample of this :)
Thanks for the recommendation, @Ancient33w. This one is really nice.
