Nose: warm malts, crisp apple Palate: honey, malt, a hint of oak, very low key smokiness. Pretty thin mouthfeel. Finish: malty sweetness, subtle floral notes, a touch of peat, slightly bitter. Very smooth and subtle balance with almost no ethanol burn.
