The color is a vibrant amber with plenty of oils streaking down the glass. The nose is pleasantly oaky with an earthy rye spice along with brine, sweet molasses, butterscotch, dried flowers and vanilla.
The palate is a great balance of oak and rye spice forming a dry but rich palate with subtle hints of baking spices. There is subtle dried flowers and vanilla that rounds it all out for a very balanced experience.
The finish is medium long with a wonderful lingering oak while the rest of the palate fades into it.
