Produced at House Spirits in Portland, Oregon, Krogstad Festlig Aquavit is made with an American grain base and is flavored with caraway and star anise. The aquavit is named for Christian Krogstad who founded House Spirits in 2004.

Norden Aquavit is made in Detroit, Michigan using a one-shot distillation process. Ten whole organic or wild-crafted botanials are used with caraway seed being the dominate flavor. Other botanicals include clementine peel, coriander, dill seed, angelica, orris root, clay sage, staghorn sumac, juniper, and anise seed. The base spirit is Midwest-sourced organic corn. No sugar, additives, or extracts used.

Based in Minneapolis, MN, Tattersall makes its aquavit using a base of neutral grain spirit made from organic corn. It’s then infused with an undisclosed variety of botanicals, placing emphasis on the classic, rye bread-like flavors of caraway.

Vikre Øvrevann Aquavit is made in Duluth, Minnesota using caraway, cardamom, fennel, cloves, ginger, pink peppercorn, and citrus peel. It is unaged and bottled at 45% ABV. The name Øvrevann is Norwegian for "upper lake" and it refers to Lake Superior, the world's largest fresh water lake (by surface area). Water from Lake Superior is used in all Vikre spirits.

State Line Distillery is a grain-to-glass distillery located in Madison, Wisconsin. For its aquavit, the distillery uses Midwestern-grown barley and wheat for the neutral spirit and the botanicals that are featured are caraway and star anise. Additionally, the aquavit is lightly aged in rye barrels before bottling at 90 proof.

Long Road Distillers Original Aquavit is made using 100% red winter wheat sourced from Heffron Farms in Belding, Michigan for its base spirit. Botanicals such as caraway, fresh dill, star anise, cumin, and fennel among others. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 45% ABV.

The brainchild of Gunnar Gíslason, chef and owner of Michelin-starred Dill Restaurant in Reykjavik, and Jonas Andersen, Beverage Manager for MeyersUSA, Svöl Aquavit is made at New York Distilling Co. in Brooklyn, NY. It launched in 2019 with two expressions. The Swedish-Style Aquavit is made by infusing seven botanicals, including caraway, dill, coriander and lemon verbena, in a neutral spirit made from rye, corn and barley.

Gamle Ode Dill Aquavit is flavored with local fresh dill along with a touch of caraway seed and juniper berries. These botanicals are infused into a corn-based neutral spirit and redistilled. Production occurs entirely at 45th Parallel Distillery in New Richmond, Wisconsin where the distillation and infusion takes place.

Launched in July 2022, Batch 22 Classic Gold is named a "New American Aquavit" as it leans into citrus, caraway and dill flavors and away from anise, fennel, and cumin like some other classic Scandinavian aquavit brands. Norseman Danske Aquavit is made in Minneapolis, Minnesota using fresh dill, coriander, and caraway. It is unaged and bottled at 40% ABV.
