    Produced at House Spirits in Portland, Oregon, Krogstad Festlig Aquavit is made with an American grain base and is flavored with caraway and star anise. The aquavit is named for Christian Krogstad who founded House Spirits in 2004.

    Norden Aquavit is made in Detroit, Michigan using a one-shot distillation process. Ten whole organic or wild-crafted botanials are used with caraway seed being the dominate flavor. Other botanicals include clementine peel, coriander, dill seed, angelica, orris root, clay sage, staghorn sumac, juniper, and anise seed. The base spirit is Midwest-sourced organic corn. No sugar, additives, or extracts used.

The name Øvrevann is Norwegian for "upper lake" and it refers to Lake Superior, the world's largest fresh water lake (by surface area). Water from Lake Superior is used in all Vikre spirits.
