The spring is located in Buckhorn Canyon at 2,000 feet elevation and surrounded by 160,000 acres of National forest. For this flavored vodka, the grain vodka base is infused with Colorado honey lending an attractive golden tone to the spirit.

    Available beginning April 2018, this flavored extension from Belvedere is made with ginger, lemon, and a touch of grapefruit. These ingredients are macerated into their 100% non-GMO Polish rye vodka. It is 100% natural with no sugar added.

    Taking their aged organic wheat vodka, they then macerate fresh elderflowers in it. It then ages for 12 months in virgin oak. After aging it is re-distilled with bitter orange, rhubarb, apples, and other locally-harvested botanicals added to the still. It is then aged again in virgin oak; one-third is aged for one year, one-third aged for two years, and on-third aged for three years. It is bottled at 40% with no carbon or chill filtration nor any additives or colors. All ingredients are organic.

A botanical recipe is added and the product is redistilled in copper pot stills. Then it is infused with "naturally-extracted essences of crisp, fragrant fruits and botanicals". No artificial flavors, added sugars, or artificial sweeteners are added. Bottled at 60 proof, a 1.5 oz serving is 73 calories.
