Flavored Vodkas for Summer Parties

This is a cucumber infusion of EFFEN’s classic wheat based vodka. The spirit runs through a column still thus achieving great purity and the temperature during the process is kept very low in order to avoid imparting any burnt flavors to the grain. Active carbon plays the last but critical step of filtering the spirit.

Created by head distiller, Caley Shoemaker, Hangar 1 Rosé uses real California rosé wine to flavor their classic vodka made from Midwest grains and wine grapes. Bottled at 30% ABV.

Based in California’s Sonoma County, Hanson is an organic vodka based on grape distillate. A fifty-plate still creates a very pure spirit that is then filtered seven times. The Mandarin oranges used in this infusion are certified organic. It is non-GMO and gluten free.

Spring 44 seeks to harness the purity of their water source in their Colorado-born spirits. The spring is located in Buckhorn Canyon at 2,000 feet elevation and surrounded by 160,000 acres of National forest. For this flavored vodka, the grain vodka base is infused with Colorado honey lending an attractive golden tone to the spirit.

Available beginning April 2018, this flavored extension from Belvedere is made with ginger, lemon, and a touch of grapefruit. These ingredients are macerated into their 100% non-GMO Polish rye vodka. It is 100% natural with no sugar added.

Taking their aged organic wheat vodka, they then macerate fresh elderflowers in it. It then ages for 12 months in virgin oak. After aging it is re-distilled with bitter orange, rhubarb, apples, and other locally-harvested botanicals added to the still. It is then aged again in virgin oak; one-third is aged for one year, one-third aged for two years, and on-third aged for three years. It is bottled at 40% with no carbon or chill filtration nor any additives or colors. All ingredients are organic.

This concoction starts with Cardinal Spirits grape-derived vodka and adds black raspberries, dried hibiscus, and a touch of agave sugar. Black raspberries are native to North America and a delicious seasonal delicacy.

St. George California Citrus Vodka is an offering from one of California and America’s most iconic and historic distilleries. Local oranges from the San Joaquin Valley such as Valencia, Seville, and Bergamot varieties are sourced and are then each macerated separately in non-GMO neutral spirit. Then each maceration is distilled and the three distillates are blended together. A light filtration gives a crystal-clear product.
