"The aromas of this vodka certainly point to honey, but that is not to say they are sickly sweet or saccharine. The opposite is true and the nose tends toward earthy notes of brown butter and dried clover with a slight hint of butterscotch. The palate is rich and coats one’s taste buds with restrained honey sweetness. The finish has a slight burn of alcohol, but is overall quite balanced and fairly complex. Perhaps a bit too much personality for classic vodka drinks, but a fine tool for intrepid bartenders. "
