Created to celebrate the distillery's 10th anniversary, Tenniel is a Double Barrel Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Whiskey. Founder Kaveh Zamanian blended two of the brand's straight bourbons together — Heigold, a high-rye bourbon and Cavehill, a four-grain, triple malt bourbon. Then he finished the blend in a #1 char toasted barrel. Bottled at a cask strength of 108.8 proof, there are just 939 bottles produced. Tenniel is also a tribute to artist John Tenniel who illustrated the original scenes in the book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Available at the distillery and online in limited markets beginning mid-May 2023. (SRP $650)

The inspiration for this whiskey is the nation's first interstate park which is located in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. It's an American single malt whiskey made from 100% Wisconsin-grown malted barley including some cherrywood smoked and dark roasted malts. The whiskey is distilled in Minnesota, but it actually is aged for at least 4 years in both Minnesota and Wisconsin using virgin American oak barrels. This bottling marks the first American single malt whiskey released by Tattersall to date. Available in, you guessed it, Minnesota and Wisconsin beginning February 2023. (SRP $45)

Apprentice Batch is the second batch of Booker's Bourbon for 2023. This bottling pays homage to Carl Beam, Booker Noe's cousin and mentor with whom Booker worked under shortly after he began his career at Jim Beam Distillery in 1952. Two years later the pair worked together to get a newly acquired distillery in Boston, Kentucky up and running. This distillery would later be renamed as the Booker Noe Distillery. This batch was aged for 7 years, 1 month, and 2 days. Like all Booker's Small Batch Bourbon bottlings, this is uncut and unfiltered with this batch coming in at 125.5 proof. Available as of June 2023 nationwide. (SRP $89.99)
