Booker's Bourbon Batch 2023-02 "Apprentice Batch"

Tasting Notes
"A dominant aroma of vanilla coats scents of baked apple, spice, and lemon zest. The flavor is like a boozy lemon meringue tart, heavy on the vanilla, with a crust made of graham crackers, roasted peanuts, and caramel. The tartness shifts to green apple flavors toward the finish, which signs off with a big, spicy heat. "
