    Maestro Dobel Atelier is an extra añejo tequila made from a marriage of barrels aged over 3 years in new American and European oak. Trajineras Edition is the second annual release of limited edition, hand-painted extra añejo bottles from the brand. This year features five different hand-painted bottles inspired by the colorful boats from Xochimilco, Mexico City. Available via ReserveBar and retailers nationwide beginning December 2023.     Old Forester's The 117 Series first launched in spring 2021 and focuses on innovation and experimentation. This limited edition expression features a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey finished in Scotch whisky casks sourced from Speyside. These casks had previously held sherry and wine. Bottled in 375ml-sized bottles at 93 proof, this is available beginning December 12, 2023 at Old Forester Distilling Co. and at select Kentucky stores. (SRP $59.99)

    Announced in December 2023, Batch 3 was aged a minimum of 9 years with barrels hand-selected by Distiller David Bock. It's bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration at 135.1 proof (67.55% ABV). Available in select markets in the US as well as though an online lottery via the brand's website. Entries begin January 3, 2024 at noon EST until January 10, 2024 at noon EST and winners must pick up the bottle within three weeks of winning at the distillery's gift shop. (SRP $99.99)

    The third seasonal bottled-in-bond bourbon from Still Austin is a Blue Corn Bourbon. It's made with 100% Texas-grown grains with the following recipe: 26% blue corn, 25% white corn, 44% rye, 5% malted barley. It follows the bottled in bond regulations so it's the product of one distillation season from one distiller, is aged for at least 4 years in a federally bonded warehouse, and is bottled at 100 proof. Available for purchase online and at select retail locations in early December 2023. (SRP $79.99)

    This straight rye from Union Horse Distilling Co., a family-owned and operated distillery in Kansas City, is aged for 10+ years. It's made with 100% rye and barrels were selected from different areas of the rickhouse for this seasonal limited edition. It's bottled at 125 proof and the label features Steel, the family horse. 500 bottles are available in Missouri and Kansas beginning mid-December 2023. (SRP $149.99)

    Wolves Whiskey is a California whiskey brand launched by James Bond and Jon Buscemi. They sought out renowned master distiller Marko Karakasevic to produce their whiskeys. This third batch of Winter Run is a blend of rye and hop-flavored whiskeys. Included in the blend is a 2017 Pilsner aged in French oak, a 2015 Pilsner aged in American oak (char 3), a 2013 Stout aged in French oak, and a rye whiskey. Bottled at 105 proof, it's available via the brand's website beginning December 2023. (SRP $220)

    Made with real Doritos Nacho Cheese Chips, this unique spirit from Empirical uses an innovative process to extract the flavors of the chips in vacuum distillation. Suggested serves include a Margarita, Bloody Mary, an Old Fashioned.
