Tasting Notes
"The Scotch whisky influence is noticeable on the nose as the typical bourbon scents like vanilla and caramel are dialed down. There's also some red fruits found here as well. The whiskey has a medium full body with some sherry notes on the mid-palate. It's tangy and lightly sweet with some hearty grain flavors coming through. Finish is lightly dry and spicy. "
