High West High Country is the brand's American Single Malt expression which is entirely distilled and blended by High West rather than using any sourced whiskeys. The bottling is made from a blend of 100% copper pot distilled whiskey which is "distilled on the grain" — the grain solids are left in during the fermentation and distillation process instead of being filtered out. It's made with a tri-malt recipe of 85% base malt, 14% caramel 60 malt, and 1% chocolate malt. It's matured for 2-8 years in a mix of freshly charred & second use oak barrels. Available in limited quantities at the brand’s Utah distillery and Saloon locations with distribution to retailers nationwide beginning December 1, 2023. (SRP $79.99)

The first release in BEARFACE's Wilderness Series puts the spotlight on wild matsutake mushrooms. The whisky is a blend of three parcels of Canadian whiskies aged in different casks including French oak (red wine & virgin oak), sherry pipes (PX, cream, and amontillado), and casked Matsutake. The Matsutake cask was made by adding wild foraged matsutake mushrooms to a cask filled with BEARFACE whisky where it was allowed to infuse for 2 months. All casks were "elementally aged" in repurposed shipping containers where they're exposed to the elements. The US gets its allotment in December 2023. (SRP $44.99)

This one of three Cuvée Concepts bottlings released by the brand in late autumn 2023 for the US. The Waterford Cuvée, aka Koffi, is made from a blend of 24 individually distilled Irish Single Farm Origins. The youngest component in the blend is 6 years-old. The product is named after contemporary French artist Nathanaël Koffi who designed the label and carton packaging. The US will get the product beginning December 2023 with other markets to follow. The fifth release in Wolf Spirits' Puncher's Chance portfolio is a blended whiskey featuring a 4 year-old high rye Kentucky straight bourbon, a 4 year-old (100% malted barley) Irish whiskey aged in ex-bourbon barrels, and a 14 year-old bourbon finished in first-fill PX and oloroso sherry casks for up to 15 months. Steven Hughes, Master Blender for IJW Whiskey Company which sourced the barrels, blended this whiskey. Available nationwide beginning December 2023. (SRP $149.99)

Released in December 2023, this is just the fourth national barrel strength bourbon released by Wyoming Whiskey. Made using locally grown grains (60% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley), it was aged for 5 years and bottled at 122.4 proof. (SRP $299.99)

The Single Barrel release represents the top 1% of the bourbon barrels samples each year by Wyoming Whiskey. Each hand-selected barrel is aged for 5 years and is bottled at 96 proof with no two barrels alike. Each barrel will yield approximately 180 bottles. Co-founder and Master Blender Heather Greene selected and batched 20 barrels of bourbon aged over 15 years. The bourbon was distilled in Tennessee with the barrels filled on July 18, 2007. Aged in total for 15 years, 6 months, and 10 days, the majority of the aging took place in Tennessee with just the last five months in Blanco, Texas. Only 144-9 liter cases were produced. Available at the distillery and at select retailers nationwide beginning December 2023. (SRP $199.99)
