Crafted by Master Blender Alex Thomas, each single malt is triple distilled and made with 100% unpeated barley. Aged for a minimum of 10 years, this release was finished in a Burgundy wine cask.

"The French oak shows up on the nose with a warm, toasty profile. Grain notes are here as well, but are more hearty than sweet. As you taste, the toasted oak shows up again and is a mildly sweet. The finish is tangy and balanced. The Burgundy wine finish helps to bring dimension and light spices to the whiskey providing an enjoyable profile. "
