Like the standard bottling, this expression is made from a blend of Irish whiskey and bourbon. More specifically, it's a blend of triple-distilled pot still Irish whiskey and Irish grain whiskey — both aged over four years in refill bourbon barrels — and bourbon made with 76% corn which was aged over four years in virgin charred oak barrels. This was blended by Brian Nation, former Master Distiller for brands such as Jameson, Redbreast, and Midleton Irish Whiskeys. This Keeper's Heart Irish + Bourbon Cask Strength botting is launching in summer 2023. (SRP $49.99)

Apprentice Batch is the second batch of Booker's Bourbon for 2023. This bottling pays homage to Carl Beam, Booker Noe's cousin and mentor with whom Booker worked under shortly after he began his career at Jim Beam Distillery in 1952. This batch was aged for 7 years, 1 month, and 2 days. Like all Booker's Small Batch Bourbon bottlings, this is uncut and unfiltered with this batch coming in at 125.5 proof. Available as of June 2023 nationwide. (SRP $89.99)
