    Lustau Vermut Blanco has a pale golden color and is made with a blend of dry Fino sherry and sweet Moscatel wines. The primary botanicals include chamomile, gentian, rosemary, wormwood, and marjoram. Bottled at 15% ABV.

    Aalborg Jubilaeums Akvavit is made without caraway instead focusing its flavors on dill and coriander. Other botanicals include citrus and star anise. It is golden colored and bottled at 40% ABV. Jubilaeums was first introduced in 1946 as a celebration of the 100th anniversary of Aalborg which was founded in 1846.

    Aalborg Export Akvavit was launched in 1913 by founder CA Olesen. This Danish aquavit is made from a distillate of barley and has spent a short amount of time in sherry casks. Caraway is the dominant botanical.

    St. George Absinthe Verte is distilled in California at St. George Spirits using a brandy base along with grand wormwood, fennel, and star anise. Post-distillation, herbs are macerated to achieve the verte or green color including mint, tarragon, opal basil, lemon balm, hyssop, and stinging nettles. However, the color in the bottle will have a "feuille morte" or dead leaf color due to the chlorophyll in the botanicals breaking down. Bottled at 60% ABV.

    Aalborg Taffel, also called Red Label Aalborg, is a caraway flavored aquavit. Taffel means "table" and this is the standard bottling of aquavit for the Danish brand which first launched in 1846. Bottled at 90 proof.

    Linie Aquavit Original is made using a recipe which is unchanged for over 200 years. It is a potato-based spirit flavored with caraway and aniseed. The aquavit is placed into Spanish oloroso sherry casks and sent on a round-trip sea voyage from Norway to Australia which takes about 4 months crossing the equator twice. The aquavit ages a total of 16 months and is bottled at 41.5%.

    O.P. Anderson Original Aquavit is flavored with fennel, caraway, and aniseed. All the ingredients used in this aquavit are organic and natural. The Original Aquavit is aged for 6 months in oak. The O.P. Anderson brand was launched in 1891 by Carl August Anderson who named the brand after his father, Olof Petter. It is the oldest aquavit brand in Sweden.
