The island of Kaua’i is where the Kōloa Rum Company is located. Their rum is distilled from crystallized sugar and is not aged. Their spiced offering is made with a proprietary spice blend and caramel color.

Twenty Boat Cape Cod Amber is handcrafted at the site of Truro Vineyards and is produced at the first legal distillery on Cape Cod since Prohibition. It consists of American organic sugarcane and a blend of spiced sourced from a local Cape Cod spice supplier. Among others, it includes cardamom, vanilla bean, cinnamon, rosehip, anise, lemon and orange peels, allspice, nutmeg, and chai.

Cockspur rums are produced in Barbados at a distillery that has been operating since the late 1800s. Their spiced rum is a blend that is created using gold rum that was aged in ex-bourbon casks that is then mixed with "exotic spices."

Brinley Gold Shipwreck Spiced Rum is named in honor of a British troopship that sank off the island of St. Kitts in 1782 and was recently rediscovered. This rum is distilled from fermented molasses before being aged for at least four years in charred American oak barrels.

Seven Tiki is a spiced Fijian rum distilled from molasses of Polynesian sugarcane and untouched water sourced beneath the volcanoes of Fiji. It's named so to honor the Polynesians, believed to be the first settlers of Fiji, who traveled fearlessly though the South Pacific. Their legendary voyage was guided by one of the seven tikis carved on each canoe, making their journey a safe one.

This spiced rum is produced at the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. Foursquare has quite the (good) reputation of not using artificial flavors or added sugar post-distillation unlike many rum bottlers and this spiced rum is no exception. Only real herbs and spices were used.

Using their Superior Light Rum as a base, Green Island produces their Spiced Gold expression. The spice blend that they use is not disclosed. This molasses-based Mauritian rum is available for sale in the UK and other European markets.

This rum is produced from molasses and is unaged. It is infused with Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar and Reunion Islands and orange peel and orchid leaves also from Reunion. The isle of Mauritius, where this rum is made, is also home to the pink pigeon bird where it is rare and endangered.

St. Petersburg Distillery was founded by brothers Steve iafrate and Dominic iafrate, Jr. (lowercase "i" not a typo) to celebrate their pride of the Sunshine State. This is the "Oak" half of the Oak and Palm line from the distillery, a rum made with spices from the Middle East and added caramel coloring.
